Hybrid role: Two days per week in the Bristol or South Wales office, with fully remote options considered for qualified solicitors.
We are delighted to be working with a national business to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join its expanding and high performing Employment Law team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from initial referral through to conclusion, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on settlement agreements
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks
- Guiding clients through complex employment law issues
The role requires delivering efficient, high quality case handling, ensuring excellent client outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements, KPIs and SLAs. With a strong pipeline of work and a team rich in experience, this position offers significant opportunities for professional development and profile building within a supportive environment.
