A respected, multi‑office law firm with a strong presence across the North West is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team. The Role

You will join a growing Private Client department with the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Director. The role involves a broad range of private client work, including:

  • Preparing tax‑efficient wills
  • Advising on inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection
  • Using lifetime trusts, including for care fee planning
  • Administering estates, including taxable estates
  • Administering trusts
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handling Court of Protection applications

Candidate profile

The firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 1-3 years PQE, although candidates with more experience or those looking to retrain into private client work are also encouraged to apply.
