Overview
In this role you advise on a broad range of corporate and acquisition finance matters, supporting national and international clients on cross-border transactions. You join a full service Banking team focused on high-value deals, including data centres and digital infrastructure, contributing from day one and helping grow the practice. You will handle complex financings and treasury matters while collaborating with partners, associates and paralegals to deliver strategic solutions. This is an opportunity to shape real transactions and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisition and event-driven financings
- Handle investment grade loans
- Manage working capital facilities
- Oversee asset-backed and receivables financings
- Work on trade finance arrangements
- Address corporate treasury matters in financing contexts
- Support cross-border, high-value transactions with a multinational client base
Key requirements
- At least 3 years' PQE in an international or leading UK firm
- Strong transactional and corporate/acquisition finance experience
- Interest or experience in data centres, digital infrastructure or technology-enabled assets
- Excellent academics and strong drafting skills
- Commercial mindset and client-facing skills
- Willingness to engage in marketing and business development
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-performing team
