A forward-thinking law firm in Bristol is seeking a Risk and AML Solicitor to join its expanding Risk & Best Practice team. This is a dynamic and high-impact role, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of the business, advising on critical regulatory, ethical, and compliance matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding the firm while influencing best practice across all departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on regulatory frameworks including SRA Standards, AML, GDPR, and ethical issues
  • Supporting claims handling, complaints, and liaison with insurers
  • Reviewing and drafting client terms, supplier agreements, and internal policies
  • Delivering training, monitoring compliance, and supporting audit and certification processes
