A busy and friendly high street law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer to join its supportive team across offices in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced support staff, flexible working arrangements, and genuine career progression.
The Role
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New builds and shared ownership transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports
- Managing completions and post-completion formalities
- Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with:
- 1+ years PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
- Exposure to a broad range of property transactions
- Ability to manage files independently and work efficiently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to work on-site during probation (hybrid options available thereafter)
