An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most significant and complex real estate finance transactions in the market, advising a prestigious client base that includes major banks, debt funds, investors, developers and sponsors.
The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative and ambitious team recognised for its commercial approach and technical excellence. They will play a key role on a broad range of financing matters, gaining exposure to high-value and often cross-border transactions across a variety of asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising lenders and borrowers on investment, development and acquisition finance transactions
- Leading on complex real estate-backed financings and refinancing matters
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation
- Building strong client relationships while working closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate teams
- Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Real Estate Finance, excellent technical and transaction management skills, and the confidence to manage matters with increasing autonomy.
