The Role
- You will manage and assist on a range of defendant personal injury and liability matters, including:
- Employers', Public and Products Liability claims
- Fast track, intermediate and multi-track personal injury cases
- Advising insurer clients on liability and coverage issues
- Supporting investigations into health & safety matters, inquests and regulatory issues
- Assisting with product liability claims
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team
- As your experience develops, you will have increasing autonomy over your own files and opportunities to get involved in business development.
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:
- NQ‑2 years' PQE with experience in personal injury or insurance litigation
- A solid understanding of litigation procedure and case management
- Exposure to liability claims (EL/PL/Products) desirable
- Strong drafting, organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- A proactive, commercially aware approach
