A respected UK law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years' post-qualification experience to join its thriving Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing and developing a broad caseload of commercial property work, including:
- Development, property finance, commercial occupier, and investment transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and referral networks
- Delivering high-quality, profitable legal work and managing resources effectively
- Supporting the wider business plan and contributing to departmental strategy
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
- Leading business development initiatives and winning new work
- Collaborating with colleagues across real estate, planning, construction, and disputes
- Staying current with legal and sector developments and driving innovation
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 6+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Experience within a reputable Real Estate team
- Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
- Proven ability to lead BD activity and win new business
- Experience in Health & Social Care Real Estate (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication, delegation, and coaching abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, strategic mindset
