The Role
- You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Property development projects
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Asset management
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property and estate management on a national basis
- Commercial property work for charities and education sector clients
- Cross-departmental work on mergers and acquisitions of independent schools
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting the growth and development of the Real Estate team
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Broad exposure to property work (specialist backgrounds also considered)
- Ideally some experience supervising colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Passion for advising commercial property clients and delivering outstanding client service
