A respected national law firm is seeking a Claimant Serious Injury Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Serious Injury team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high value catastrophic injury cases while developing your own caseload in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
- Managing and progressing your own caseload of serious injury matters
- Co‑working with senior lawyers on multi‑million pound catastrophic injury claims
- Supporting clients with severe brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, polytrauma and fatal accident cases
- Playing a key role in securing early rehabilitation and long‑term support for clients
- Building strong relationships with clinicians, rehabilitation providers, charities and other professionals
- Attending seminars, workshops, training events and business development activities (with some travel required)
- Contributing to a compassionate, client‑focused team culture
Candidate Requirements
- 0-3 years PQE, ideally with experience in serious injury or personal injury litigation
- A strong appetite for business development and networking
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- A genuine passion for claimant catastrophic injury work
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and professional integrity
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to travel for client, clinical and business development meetings
