A market leading Banking & Finance team is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its top tier Bristol practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high profile, nationally significant transactions across a diverse range of sectors, with full support, training and exposure to major clients from day one.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for supporting and running a variety of banking and finance matters, including:
- Acquisition finance
- Project finance
- Real estate finance
- Structured finance and securitisation
- Asset based lending
- Working on transactions ranging from £1 million to £1 billion
- Acting for borrowers, sponsors and lenders across energy, infrastructure, transport and real estate
- Collaborating with international clients and law firms on cross border deals
- Working with major clients including HSBC, MetLife, Lloyds Banking Group, Tristan Capital, Kreos Capital and others

Candidate Requirements
- Qualifies in England & Wales by September 2026
- Has completed a Banking & Finance seat OR can demonstrate strong interest and transferable skills
- Has excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Is commercially minded, proactive and eager to learn
- Enjoys working collaboratively on complex, high value transactions
- Wants to build a long term career within a top tier banking practice
- A Banking & Finance seat is not essential.
