Investment and development finance transactionsAcquisition and refinancing dealsReal estate-backed lending structuresPortfolio financingsLoan restructurings and amendmentsCross-border financing transactionsComplex secured lending arrangementsYou'll work closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Corporate, Construction, Tax and Financial Markets teams, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and sophisticated work from day one. Candidate RequirementsWe are keen to hear from lawyers who have experience in real estate finance or broader banking and finance work and are looking to further specialise within a highly regarded team. Experience gained within a recognised commercial or international law firmExposure to real estate finance transactions, acting for lenders, borrowers or bothStrong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skillsThe ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively with wider teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsApplications are welcomed from candidates at Associate level (NQ-3 PQE) who are looking to accelerate their career within a highly respected team.
