The team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK, acting for PLC housebuilders, regional developers, SME builders, registered providers, land promoters and PRS investors on major residential and mixed use development projects.The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising on high value, complex residential development matters, including:Conditional and unconditional contracts/transfersOption agreementsPromotion agreementsDevelopment funding agreementsForward commitment and turnkey contractsCollaboration agreementsResidential led mixed use development projectsYou will join a national team with exceptional client exposure and panel appointments, working on some of the most significant development schemes in the UK.
