A respected and long established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its thriving Residential Property team in Bristol. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and CILEX professionals with strong technical expertise and experience operating at Senior Associate or Partner level.
The Role
- Manage a high quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- Complex, high value, and bespoke transactions
- Providing clear, expert guidance to clients throughout the process
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the Bristol office
- Maintaining excellent client care and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach
- Confidence in handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems
