A well established national law firm with over 30 years' experience is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its respected Residential Property team in Bristol.
- Managing a varied and manageable caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
- Supervising the team in the absence of the Legal Director
- Working to strict deadlines in a fast paced but supportive environment
- Liaising with legal secretaries, paralegals and trainee paralegals
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper based client records
- Acting as a positive ambassador for the firm
- Undertaking ongoing professional development
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified conveyancer with:
- Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualification
- 6+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge of property law
- Ability to supervise, mentor and support junior team members
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in using legal IT systems and Microsoft Office
