We are delighted to be working with a national business to recruit a Senior Associate to join a Property team, where you'll regularly run cases from inception through ADR or trial, while also overseeing colleagues doing the same.

You will be an experienced litigator with strong expertise across all areas of property litigation, including mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Essential experience includes managing nuisance, trespass and boundary disputes, along with claims involving easements and interference with rights of way. You'll confidently assess cases, guide strategy, and deliver high quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be qualified and authorised to conduct litigation, with the ability to provide technical supervision to junior fee earners. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent attention to detail, and a clear understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct are essential. A willingness to use and develop Management Information to support performance improvement is also highly valued.
