Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Support HR teams and senior management on employee relations issues
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish, including ACAS Early Conciliation
- Advise on complex issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and workplace investigations
- Collaborate with corporate, commercial and dispute resolution colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in Employment law
- Strong experience advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters
- Proven Employment Tribunal experience
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and drafting skills
