A well established and reputable law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful and expanding Conveyancing team in Bristol. The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Proven experience managing a busy and varied caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confidence using legal case management and IT systems
