A well established and reputable law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join its successful and expanding Conveyancing team in Bristol. The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
  • Managing files independently with minimal supervision
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies
  • Candidate Requirements

    • Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
    • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
    • Proven experience managing a busy and varied caseload
    • Excellent communication and client care skills
    • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
    • A proactive, motivated and professional approach
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Confidence using legal case management and IT systems
