Top 100 law firm are seeking a seasoned commercial property lawyer to bolster their thriving Real Estate team. This senior role will focus on development and real estate finance work across both the general commercial property and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate can expect to work on high-profile projects across the UK to include acquiring, developing, financing, and disposing of residential and commercial property. From healthcare infrastructure to complex mixed-use developments, you'll be playing a key role in deals that shape communities.

The Role:

  • Lead on acquisitions, disposals, and funding of development sites
  • Advise lenders on real estate finance and security
  • Support corporate transactions with property due diligence
  • Negotiate leases and manage investment property transactions
  • Collaborate with specialists across planning, construction, and corporate teams
  • Mentor junior lawyers

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong experience in commercial property, with particular expertise in development and finance
  • Confident running transactions and managing client relationships
  • Excellent drafting, analysis, and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development
  • Team player with strong project management skills
