A specialist residential conveyancing firm with a strong and growing regional footprint is seeking a junior lawyer to join its Bristol office. The Role
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload within a team that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of experienced colleagues, you will handle:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- A broad mix of residential conveyancing files, from first time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments
About You
We are looking for:
- A Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-3 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
- Solid experience managing your own residential property files
- A client focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, team driven environment
