A specialist residential conveyancing firm with a strong and growing regional footprint is seeking a junior lawyer to join its Bristol office. The firm is known for its modern approach, supportive culture and commitment to high quality client service. The Role

You will manage a varied and engaging caseload within a team that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of experienced colleagues, you will handle:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • A broad mix of residential conveyancing files, from first time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments

About You

We are looking for:

  • A Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-3 years' PQE, or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
  • Solid experience managing your own residential property files
  • A client focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, team driven environment
