The Role
You’ll handle a broad and interesting caseload within a firm that focuses exclusively on residential property work. With the support of an experienced team, you will manage:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- More complex residential matters
- Supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues
The firm deals with everything from first‑time buyer homes to high value properties and central London apartments, giving you exposure to a wide range of transactions.
About You
We’re looking for:
- A Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
- A client‑focused approach and excellent communication skills
- Confidence supervising junior team members
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
