An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and dynamic Residential Property team, based in Bristol. This established department handles a wide range of transactions, offering you the chance to work on varied and high-quality matters while developing your career in a supportive environment.
You'll be involved in all aspects of residential property, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Taking client instructions and providing clear, accurate advice
- Liaising with clients in person, by phone and in writing
- Drafting key documents and managing correspondence with third parties
- Preparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularly
- Maintaining compliance with LEXCEL standards
- Supporting business development and helping generate new leads
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and confident managing their own workload
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experienced in residential property transactions with strong technical knowledge
- Interested in contributing to marketing and the wider growth of the business
