Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a specialist, award winning property firm who have instructed us on an exciting new opportunity within their newly opened Bristol office. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team at a key moment in their growth.
The Role
To be considered, you will be an experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to post completion. You will handle a broad and varied mix of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold work and lease extensions
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Unregistered property matters
- SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions
- Advising on restrictions, cautions and complex title issues
This firm has a strong and ever growing network, and excellent client care is at the heart of their reputation. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and brokers, and will play an active role in winning new business as the Bristol office continues to expand.
About You
- At least 3 years' experience running a complex residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise across all core residential property areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- A proactive, self motivated approach
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
