An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is looking for experienced Conveyancers to join its thriving Residential Property team. You’ll handle a broad mix of residential transactions to include sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages with a focus on quality over volume. The team has strong ties with local agents, so they are seeking someone confident with networking and keen to get involved in marketing and business development.
The role:
- Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, raising enquiries, reviewing searches and title documents
- Acting for lenders and handling exchanges
- Keeping clients updated and delivering excellent service
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting marketing and networking efforts across the firm
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
