Location: Bristol (Hybrid working available). Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time. Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience).
The Opportunity
You will join a collaborative and supportive residential conveyancing team, working closely with senior colleagues and benefiting from strong administrative support. The role offers a varied and high quality caseload, significant client contact, and the autonomy to manage matters from instruction through to completion.
You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Referrals from the private client team
- Work for investor clients
You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development, particularly through relationships with local estate agents, reflecting the team’s strong reputation for repeat and referral-based work.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified:
- Solicitor
- Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Licensed Conveyancer
You should have:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical ability and confidence managing files independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A client focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building long term client and referrer relationships
You will also benefit from the support of a paralegal and shared secretary.
Working Environment
The firm is known for its warm, friendly and engaging culture. While flexible working is supported, you will be encouraged to spend part of your week in the Bristol office to benefit from the collaborative environment and cross referral opportunities with colleagues across other teams. Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed on an individual basis.
