A rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a highly respected Real Estate team in Bristol. The team advises major investors, developers, lenders, local authorities and healthcare providers.
You'll work closely with a leading Partner on a broad mix of matters including landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals, corporate support, real estate finance and asset management. You'll enjoy early responsibility, a varied caseload and genuine opportunities to get involved in business development.
THE ROLE- Work on a wide range of Real Estate matters for high profile clients
- Exposure to landlord & tenant, acquisitions/disposals, corporate support and real estate finance
- Develop specialist expertise in healthcare property work
- Collaborate with a multi disciplinary team across offices
- Get involved in networking, events and client development early on
