A rare opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a highly respected Real Estate team in Bristol. The team advises major investors, developers, lenders, local authorities and healthcare providers.

You'll work closely with a leading Partner on a broad mix of matters including landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals, corporate support, real estate finance and asset management. You'll enjoy early responsibility, a varied caseload and genuine opportunities to get involved in business development.

THE ROLE
  • Work on a wide range of Real Estate matters for high profile clients
  • Exposure to landlord & tenant, acquisitions/disposals, corporate support and real estate finance
  • Develop specialist expertise in healthcare property work
  • Collaborate with a multi disciplinary team across offices
  • Get involved in networking, events and client development early on
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • NQ-2 PQE Solicitor with experience in real estate transactions
  • Ideally exposure to landlord & tenant, corporate support and/or real estate finance
  • Strong communicator with solid technical and analytical skills
  • Commercial, proactive and keen to build client relationships
  • Genuine interest in the real estate sector, including ESG and market trends
