Overview
In this role you support a leading planning practice within a major international law firm, driving knowledge management, training and thought leadership. You will develop precedents, perform legal research, and contribute to client-facing insights while supporting business development. The position offers a blend of PSL duties with potential fee-earning work, and access to hybrid, flexible arrangements and strong benefits. You will work closely with planning lawyers and knowledge teams to shape market-leading planning advice and training.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning team with knowledge management and know-how
- Develop, maintain and enhance precedents and templates
- Undertake legal research and technical advisory work
- Design and deliver training programmes for lawyers
- Produce articles, insights and client-facing publications
- Support business development and profile-raising activities
- Collaborate with planning lawyers and wider knowledge teams
- Opportunity for some fee-earning work alongside PSL responsibilities (optional)
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in a recognised planning team
- Strong technical planning law knowledge
- Interest in knowledge management, training, research and innovation
- Excellent drafting, communication and presentation skills
