A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its highly regarded and rapidly growing Property Litigation team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's top ranked real estate disputes specialists and gain exposure to high quality, complex and cutting edge work. The team advises a wide range of clients including commercial businesses, public bodies, developers, investors, landed estates and major institutions. With over 20 dedicated real estate litigation lawyers across the UK, the Bristol team is known for its expertise in telecoms, development disputes, landlord and tenant matters, rights of light, break clause disputes, energy network issues and complex contractual claims.

Responsibilities

  • Telecoms disputes and matters involving the Electronic Communications Code
  • Development and land related disputes
  • Commercial landlord and tenant issues
  • Rights of light, break notices and covenant disputes
  • Misrepresentation, breach of contract and frustration claims
  • Advising public sector bodies, developers, landlords, occupiers and investors

Experience within the telecommunications sector or familiarity with the Electronic Communications Code would be highly advantageous, but not essential. This role has arisen due to significant growth and client demand, offering immediate exposure to top tier work and excellent long term career prospects.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ years' PQE in real estate litigation or commercial litigation with property exposure
  • Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in property disputes
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
