Join a Tier 1 Real Estate Energy & Infrastructure team working on some of the UK's most significant energy and infrastructure projects. You'll help deliver major schemes supporting the UK's transition to net zero from renewables and battery storage to hydrogen, heat networks, nuclear, ports, airports and more.
- Advise on real estate aspects of major energy and infrastructure projects
- Draft and negotiate options, leases, development agreements and project documents
- Lead title, access and land due diligence to unlock deliverable solutions
- Support DCO and CPO processes for nationally significant infrastructure
- Work directly with developers, landowners, investors, funders and public bodies
- Collaborate with specialists across planning, construction, corporate, regulatory and finance
- Mentor junior lawyers and take ownership of client relationships
Candidate Requirements
- England & Wales qualified solicitor, ideally 2+ PQE
- Strong commercial real estate experience
- Experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development work
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Confidence managing complex matters and multiple stakeholders
- A practical, solutions focused approach
- Interest in business development and team growth
