A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (1-5 PQE) to join its award winning and highly respected Real Estate team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high value, multi million pound transactions for major UK and international investors across both traditional and emerging asset classes. The team is recognised for its strength in investment, development and asset management work, and is also known for its expertise in alternative real estate sectors including student accommodation, hotels, leisure and the PRS/BTR market.
The Role
- Working as part of a top tier Real Estate team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of high quality work, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Development projects and forward funding arrangements
- Asset management for major national and international investors
- Work across traditional and alternative real estate asset classes
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value transactions
- Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your technical expertise while working on some of the most significant real estate deals in the market.
About You
- To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have trained with a recognised real estate department at a major or mid sized firm
- Ideally have 1-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Demonstrate genuine interest and enthusiasm for the commercial property sector
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a strong academic background
- Be commercially minded with good business acumen
- Show commitment to business development and client relationship management
- Be well organised with strong time management skills
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
