A leading regional firm is seeking a Property Disputes Associate to join its growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2-4 PQE lawyer to manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters while contributing to the team's commercial growth, profile and culture. The successful candidate will deliver high quality, commercially focused advice, support junior colleagues, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
The Role
- Personalised Client Service
- Manage a busy caseload of property disputes matters efficiently and effectively
- Build credibility with clients, managing expectations around outcomes, risk and timescales
- Scope fees for existing clients and ensure work is delivered profitably
- Develop sector knowledge and demonstrate expertise to clients
- Proactively reduce risk within the team and adhere to all relevant risk processes
- Sustainable Growth
- Build internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts
- Enhance personal and team profile through networking, publications and seminars
- Begin developing a niche or sector specialism
- Assist with pitches and business development initiatives
- Identify and progress opportunities to promote the firm’s services

- Manage delegated aspects of projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Support junior team members with technical and commercial guidance
- Maintain strong communication with senior and junior colleagues

Candidate Requirements
- Essential
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience
