The Role

You’ll advise on a broad range of regulated procurement and commercial contract matters, acting for government departments, public sector organisations and major suppliers on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile procurement projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on public procurement law and strategy
  • Drafting and negotiating procurement and commercial documentation
  • Supporting clients throughout procurement processes and contract awards
  • Providing risk-based commercial advice
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting business development activities

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ PQE with experience in procurement and commercial contracts
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Able to manage a varied workload and work collaboratively as part of a team
