The Role
You’ll advise on a broad range of regulated procurement and commercial contract matters, acting for government departments, public sector organisations and major suppliers on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile procurement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on public procurement law and strategy
- Drafting and negotiating procurement and commercial documentation
- Supporting clients throughout procurement processes and contract awards
- Providing risk-based commercial advice
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting business development activities
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ PQE with experience in procurement and commercial contracts
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to manage a varied workload and work collaboratively as part of a team
