This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded department handling varied, interesting and challenging personal injury and regulatory matters.The RoleYou'll work closely with partners, senior associates, associates, solicitors, trainees and paralegals across a well structured and collaborative team. The work spans a broad range of liability matters, including:Fast track, intermediate and multi track personal injury claimsEmployers', public and products liabilityCoverage adviceHealth & safety investigations and prosecutionsInquestsProduct regulation mattersYou'll manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex and large scale claims. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of files, develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and assist with personal injury claims across multiple tracksProvide clear, timely and commercially focused adviceDeliver high quality client service aligned with agreed SLAsCapture and collate Management Information for clientsContribute to continuous improvement of team processes and service deliveryAttend client events and occasional travel (primarily to London)Work collaboratively within a supportive, inclusive team cultureCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a Legal Executive or Solicitor with:NQ-2 years' PQEStrong grounding in personal injury and fast track litigationInterest or experience in product liability and health & safety mattersSolid understanding of legal proceduresExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to build trusted client relationshipsCommercial awareness and efficient working practicesCommitment to business development and team contributionStrong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approachWhy Join?You'll be part of a national insurance group with a well established client base and a reputation for high quality work.
