A fast growing and modern law firm with offices across the region is seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol team. The Role
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- High net worth residential transactions
- Title checks and reporting
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring excellent client care throughout each transaction
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property)
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
- Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience with new build and shared ownership transactions
- Exposure to high value or high net worth conveyancing
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ambition to progress within a growing team
