Location: Bristol & Somerset

I'm working with a well-regarded regional firm that's looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years' PQE in one or more of the following areas: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.

Responsibilities

  • Join a close-knit, established Dispute Resolution team with a strong client base across Bristol and Somerset.
  • Manage a varied but manageable caseload with direct client contact and the autonomy to run files with minimal supervision.
  • Support Partners with the continued growth and development of the department.

Candidate profile / Qualifications

  • Ideally a confident communicator with solid IT skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • At least 5 years PQE in one or more of: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.
