I'm working with a well-regarded regional firm that's looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution team with an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years' PQE in one or more of the following areas: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.
Responsibilities
- Join a close-knit, established Dispute Resolution team with a strong client base across Bristol and Somerset.
- Manage a varied but manageable caseload with direct client contact and the autonomy to run files with minimal supervision.
- Support Partners with the continued growth and development of the department.
Candidate profile / Qualifications
- Ideally a confident communicator with solid IT skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- At least 5 years PQE in one or more of: contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence, or commercial contract claims.
