The Corporate team have been awarded a Tier one recognition and work on headline-making deals acting for a high-quality client base across M&A, capital markets, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures, and investment funds.

You'll enjoy direct access to Partners and leading lawyers, gaining mentorship and exposure that is rarely found outside London.

The role is deliberately broad, ensuring you are not pigeonholed and can develop across a wide spectrum of corporate matters.

The team is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to strengthen its thriving Corporate M&A practice.

You will bring: Solid experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactional work.

Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
