We are thrilled to be working with a national firm seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection welfare matters to join their Public Law and Human Rights team. You'll represent clients in disputes involving medical treatment, residence and care arrangements, and best interest decisions, handling sensitive issues with empathy, professionalism and resilience.

You will support senior colleagues, build relationships with external organisations, and help strengthen our client offering.
