A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Partner or Director to join its highly regarded Employment, Pensions & Immigration practice. The wider team comprises more than 50 specialists across the UK and is recognised for its technical excellence, commercial approach and strong directory rankings.
The Role
- Advising a diverse client base ranging from PLCs to SMEs on the full spectrum of business immigration matters
- Leading and developing long term client and referrer relationships
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership
- Working collaboratively with employment and pensions colleagues to deliver joined up advice
- Shaping strategy and influencing the direction of the national immigration offering
- Bringing an established and transferable client following to support continued growth
- Playing a visible role in the development of a high performing, ambitious team
Candidate Requirements
- A recognised market profile in business immigration
- Significant experience at Director or Partner level
- A proven track record of winning work and sustaining client relationships
