You'll join a respected Family Department handling a varied and rewarding caseload of divorce and financial matters, including: Managing your own caseload of divorce and finance filesDrafting and advising on pre nuptial and cohabitation agreementsConducting your own advocacy where appropriateSupporting business development and networkingSupervising and developing junior team membersThis is a role with genuine career progression for someone who wants to take ownership, build their profile and work within a supportive, collaborative team. Is a Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) with 8+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)Has strong experience running a full divorce and finance caseloadBrings excellent advocacy skills and confidence handling urgent or complex mattersHas experience supervising junior colleaguesIs proactive, innovative and able to generate work(Desirable) Has experience in international divorce/finance matters or is Resolution AccreditedWhy Join?
