Overview
In this role you join a Tier 1-ranked Family team within a leading national firm, handling a varied caseload of privately funded matters. You will work with high net worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex financial remedy and private children issues, including agricultural and family business interests. You’ll manage your own caseload with limited supervision while developing business across a strong client base. Responsibilities
- Handle privately funded family law matters, including financial remedy and private children work
- Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Advise high net worth individuals and professionals on sensitive family law issues
- Collaborate with a recognised specialist team on complex matters
- Develop professional connections and contribute to client development
- Support business development and networking within the firm
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 3+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in privately funded family law
- Proven expertise in financial remedy and private children work
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills
