An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing property department in Bristol. This newly created role reflects the continued expansion of the team and offers excellent scope for career development and progression.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for managing a purely commercial property caseload, including:
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development site set-up and building scheme work (limited crossover with residential)
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
- Supporting the Head of Department in driving the team forward
- Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- NQ+ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Proven ability to manage their own caseload and time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A professional, friendly, and reassuring approach to client service
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
- Local connections or following (beneficial but not essential)
