The role involves advising on immediate and strategic land acquisitions across the South and South West, as well as supporting national projects. The successful candidate will help run transactions, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting for housebuilders, promoters and developers on residential development mattersManaging conditional/unconditional contracts, options, affordable housing transactions and overage arrangementsHandling site assembly, easements, infrastructure agreements and management documentationSupporting complex strategic land, promotion and collaboration agreementsCandidate Profile: Strong technical ability and commercial awarenessEstablished client relationships and industry contactsExperience with VAT and SDLT considerationsProven track record in residential development workThis role offers the chance to play a significant part in a high performing national practice.
