You can expect exposure to the full spectrum of employment law, acting for both employees and employers. The work will span contentious and non contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, settlement agreements, drafting contracts, policies, handbooks and wider HR advisory work. To be considered, you will need solid experience in Employment Litigation together with strong knowledge of employment law and procedure. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as is a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
