An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment lawyer to join a nationally recognised, award-winning Employment team as a Knowledge Lawyer, based in either Exeter or Bristol. Consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and previously named Employment Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards, the team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients across the public and private sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
With continued growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its knowledge function with a proactive and motivated Knowledge Lawyer in a non-fee-earning role.
The role
- Monitoring developments in employment law and HR best practice.
- Delivering legal updates and training.
- Creating and maintaining precedents, templates, guidance notes and internal protocols.
- Working closely with the wider Knowledge Management team.
About you
- You’ll be a qualified Employment lawyer, ideally with 6+ years’ PQE, with strong technical employment law knowledge and a proactive approach.
- The ability to translate complex legal developments into practical guidance.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
