An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join their highly regarded and growing Employment team.

You’ll work across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client portfolio on complex workplace issues while supporting clients through employment tribunal proceedings.

This is a varied role offering significant client exposure, high-quality work and genuine opportunities to contribute to business development and client training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment law matters
  • Managing and supporting employment tribunal claims and litigation
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially focused employment advice
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering client training and supporting business development activity
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices and practice areas
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with demonstrated experience within employment law
  • A strong background in both employment advisory and contentious matters
  • Experience handling employment tribunal claims and litigation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
