An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Employment Associate (ideally 3‑6 years' PQE) to join a nationally recognised, award‑winning Employment team in Bristol. This team has all the accolades you'd expect – consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and previously named Employment Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards. With ever‑increasing demand and continued growth, they are now looking to expand with a talented Associate who is ready to take on a broad mix of high‑quality employment work.
Responsibilities
- Advising on complex employment issues and disputes.
- Providing day‑to‑day HR and employee relations advice across multiple sectors.
- Delivering employment support on corporate transactions.
- Acting for both employers and senior employees/executives, locally, nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
- Solid experience advising on employment law matters, ideally with an employer‑focused practice.
- Hands‑on experience running Employment Tribunal and County Court/Restrictive Covenant litigation.
- Strong HR advisory and corporate support experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with resilience under pressure.
