A growing and dynamic law firm in Clifton is seeking a Dispute Resolution / Litigation Solicitor with NQ-2 years' PQE to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and high performing environment.
The Role
- Manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- Commercial and property litigation matters
- High Court and County Court litigation
- Mediation and arbitration claims
- Supporting the Head of Department on complex matters
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Drafting legal documents
- Advocacy
- Managing your own files
- Marketing and business development activities
Candidate Requirements
- NQ-2 years PQE with litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- A strong academic background (2:1 degree preferred)
- Aptitude for business development and marketing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Confidence working independently and within a team
- Strong problem solving skills
