You'll work closely with Partners on a mix of Property & Finance matters, with some Health & Welfare work. This role suits someone looking for a supportive, people‑focused environment.
Duties include:
- Preparing Court of Protection applications
- Managing deputyships and private trusts
- Liaising with medical, financial and legal professionals
- Monitoring budgets and safeguarding client interests
- Assisting with property purchases and adaptations
- Drafting PI trusts and legal documents
Person specification:
- At least 6 months experience working as a Paralegal in a people‑centred legal department, such as Court of Protection, Family, Childcare, Private Client, Human Rights, or Clinical Negligence.
- A genuine desire to help clients and families navigate complex, sensitive situations
