The Role
This top 50 law firm are looking for an Associate (2-4 PQE) with strong experience in corporate crime and investigations. You'll advise major corporates and senior executives on complex regulatory and criminal law risks, including:
- Bribery, corruption, money laundering, fraud, and sanctions breaches
- Cross-border criminal investigations (internal and regulator-led)
- Defence representation for corporates and individuals
- Issues around tax evasion, financial misstatements, modern slavery, and supply chain risks
- Engagements with agencies such as the SFO, FCA, DOJ, and international regulators
- Advisory work on cybercrime, ESG risks, and compliance challenges
