The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of new build plot sales for major UK housebuilders
  • Handle all aspects of plot conveyancing, including schemes and full transaction requirements
  • Work closely with clients in a fast paced, supportive environment
  • Contribute to wider residential development work alongside a specialist Plots team

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing files with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable handling high volume work without compromising service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
  • Title investigation experience is desirable but not essential
